No traveler needs to pay an extra fee for this. Indian Railway Catering and Touring Corporation (IRCTC) had provided the option of paying the ticket price through Bhim App and the UPI on their website last month.
A statement issued by IRCTC says that in the first week of each month, five lucky passengers of the last month will be selected through computerized lucky draw. They will be returned full rental of the train.
The name of the first five winners will be announced this month. According to the statement, "Travelers who successfully booked e-tickets through Bhim or the UPA payment option at the IRCTC website will be eligible to join the scheme.
